How the Vehicle Is Set Up
For pet transport we use our Mercedes-Benz V-Class, chosen for its space and climate control. The vehicle is fitted with a securely anchored harness or a carrier — depending on your pet's size and travel crate — kept separate from the main passenger area where needed, with fresh air circulation and a stable temperature maintained for the whole trip. For longer routes, we plan stops along the way for walks, water and a break.
Crossing Borders With Your Pet
Within the European Union, pet travel generally requires a valid EU pet passport, a microchip and a current rabies vaccination — we ask for these details when you book so everything is in order before you travel. Requirements outside the EU vary by destination country and can change, so for any trip beyond the EU we recommend checking the current rules for your specific route in advance; we're happy to advise based on where you're traveling. We always recommend confirming your pet's paperwork with your vet ahead of the trip.
